INGREDIENTS : Ipomoea sepiaria, Amorphophallus campanulatus, Curcuma longa, Jasminum grandiflorum, Plumbago rosea, Zingiber officinale, Apium leptophyllum, Cynodon dactylon, Tinospora cordifolia.

• 1 tablet thrice daily 15-20 minutes before food and in cases of digestive disorders the medicine can be taken 15-20 minutes after food or as directed by physician.
• Consume more vegetables and fruits.
• Minimise use of spices, salt, non vegetarian foods and fried items.

DURATION : SBM Ayur UMA has to be taken at least for 120 days (3 Mandalas). Results can be observed from 41 days onwards (1 Mandala).
